A Ritz Salad is a on-the-fly made-up English recipe which consists of apples, grapefruit and potatoes in a mayonnaise sauce. In Waldorf Salad, Basil offered this to Harry Hamilton (Bruce Boa) and his wife (Claire Neilson) but they declined. After this Basil made up some hogwash about a delivery man busting his arm causing Mr Hamilton to erupt with rage. It is now a real dish.
